RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

All sales are final! Due to the sensitivity of our product offerings, LoCo SmoKo will not accept returns.  

 

Shipping Policy 

LoCo SmoKo reserves the right to select which carrier we use. Primarily, packages will be delivered via UPS or by in-house delivery service. All packages will be shipped out from Loudoun County, Virginia. A flat charge of $5.00 will be applied to every order under $75.00. Orders over $75.00 will include free delivery.  

 

Items Broken During Shipping 

We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, but these things sometimes happen! Please alert LoCo SmoKo at support@loco-smoko.com within 48 hours of receiving a broken item. Be sure to attach multiple photos as proof of damaged goods, as well as brief description detailing the incident.
